SALES CONTACT & HEALTH GUARANTEE
THE SALE OF THIS PUREBRED SHIH TZU DOG IS MADE UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The purchase price of puppy is $ ________ .
With Full_______or Limited_______AKC registration as defined by AKC (American Kennel Club) and/or Full ________CKC registration.
Shipping if needed is $300______.
Deposit Amount $________.
Total due is $_________. All monies are non-refundable. (including deposits or payments) Contract will be terminated if all monies due are not received by seller at the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age unless other arrangments have been made and agreeded to by the seller. Registration fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. A one year after sale Replacement Warranty is given for any life-threatening congenital disease not common to the brachycephalic
breeds that caused said puppy to expire. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was
in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet's Report by registered mail along
with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a
replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy
was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records, or if the dog has produced
offspring. Any condition that is found to be non-life threatning or treatable is not covered in the guarantee.
3. The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty.
4. To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious
diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. If the buyer believes this puppy to be sick, the animal should
be immediately taken to a veterinarian of the buyer's choice at the buyer’s expense.
5. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer has been informed of these. This
warranty does not cover hypoglycemia or diseases for which vaccinations could prevent.
6. The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any
other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.
7. The size and color a puppy will mature to, is only an estimate based on the size and color of the parents and ancestors. No guarantees are made as to adult color and size.
8. If a puppy is sold with full CKC and/or AKC registration rights, seller cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy and it is impossible to
guarantee breeding success or show success. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding said dog. Limited AKC
registration papers will be released for companion pets after proof of spay or neuter is received by seller.
9. Buyer agrees that no charge backs will be filed through credit card companies or paypal on this transaction for any reason.
10. Any disputes will be litigated in Marshall County, Alabama State, USA at the buyer's expense.
11. Warranty applies to the original buyer only, and is not transferable if puppy is resold or transfered to another party.
12. The buyer fully understands that said puppy will be delivered to them as soon as possible with the health and safety of said puppy being first and formost. All regulations for airline travel will be followed to insure the health of said puppy. Seller is not responsible for delays out of their control such as weather, airline schedules etc.
13. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK THEM BEFORE SENDING A DEPOSIT OR PURCHASING A PUP. SENDING A DEPOSIT OR MAKING A PURCHASE INDICATES YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO EVERYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN. YOU WILL BE ASKED PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPLY VIA EMAIL THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF OUR SALES AGREEMENT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE.

I will send you a copy of this agreement in an e-mail with the information filled in. You will be required to reply to said e-mail to confirm that you agree. A signed printed copy will be given to you when you recieve your puppy. You will recieve our home address upon request and/or purchase of a puppy. You will be required to give us your home address and contact number.
This agreement may be changed BEFORE the sale to meet each individual buyers needs. We are fair and reasonable people.
